**Q1.**
I do not own a kimono or yukata, and I do not know how to wear one.
Can I still join?
**A.**
Yes, of course.
During the theoretical lesson, we will take your measurements so you can obtain obtain a yukata in your size.
Until your yukata arrives, you may use one provided by the studio, and we will guide you on how to wear it.
**Q2.**
I have never tried or even seen Japanese dance before.
I also do not understand Japanese. Is it still possible to join?
**A.**
Absolutely.
This is a beginner-level class, so no prior knowledge or experience is required.
The lessons are conducted primarily in English.
At the beginning of each of the four dances, we provide explanations of the piece, including guidance on the lyrics and their meaning.
You do not need to read Japanese to participate.
**Q3.**
How long does it take to complete the four dances and take the test?
Is completing all four dances required to join the Ume Class?
**A.**
The duration depends on each student’s progress and attendance.
To advance to the next level, completing the four dances and taking the test is required.
However, I understand that everyone has different circumstances.
As tuition is arranged monthly, you may can decide each month whether to continue your studies.
**Q4.**
What payment methods are available?
**A.**
At present, payment is accepted by bank transfer.
An online payment platform will be introduced in the near future.
**Q5.**
Will there be opportunities to present what we have learned, such as a recital?
**A.**
After completing the Ume Class and passing the test, I hope to organize dance gatherings or dance ceremonies for those who wish to participate.
