Anniversary gathering vol.1.guest speaker was Maya Takahashi, who runs an invite-only acupuncture and moxibustion clinic in Osaka.
We asked her about summer beauty & health on the points of oriental medicine and ting yang five elements.

One of the most impressive words from May was:
「We say『Be kind to the earth』
or
『Love nature』.
However, it’s the opposite.
The earth is kind to us, and nature loves us.」

She explained that we are a part of nature,
and we synchronize with nature.

What happens in nature happens in the human body.
What summer really is in nature.
What is happening in summer?
And
Why and how summer symptoms are caused?
And what can we do about that?

Above all, she taught us the importance of
our mindset, the fundamental key to health and beauty.
The mindset that being in harmony with nature and its flow.

I was surprised by her word of
[Green tea is considered “raw”]@v@;;;;!!!
Also, fruits recommended for women by the colours and shape were interesting and fun because we could try from today.

The talk went on the value of beauty and aesthetics.
Again, I was shocked at what makes us have different aesthetics around the world, like Japanese ones and French ones.
